What payments do you accept ?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and PayID. Receipts are also provide on request especially for commercial and end of lease cleaning.
Do I need to be home ?
No, you don’t need to be home when we perform your service, but you will need the following:
1. Payment for service must be fully pre-paid.
2. You accept and automatically signoff the work completed.
Do you have insurance ?
Yes. Every cleaning contractor has public liability insurance to the value of $10,000,000.
Do you guarantee your work ?
Yes. We offer to all our services 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Do you move my furniture ?
No. We request that unless you want us to go around the furniture its best to move them. Due to OH&S and our business insurance we will not be moving your assets around.
